Please read carefully, before completing the membership form!
- Every board member and member, has to pay the yearly membership fee.
- Every board member and member must have insurance for his or her car.
- Board members are available to assist members in every way.
- Before starting an organized rally, every participant-driver as to complete a form, acknowledging that he or she is responsible for his or her car and the passengers.

- The same form also acknowledges that the board of the CLC Club of Belgium cannot be held responsible for the club members or their behaviour, during the whole event.
- Every driver is personally responsible for ensuring that his car is insured properly.
- Club money may only spent with the approval of the President. Payments are to be made by credit card if possible, otherwise a correct invoice is required.
- Every board member is at any time allowed to check the financial status of the club (incoming and outgoing money transactions).
- Before setting up an event, or Club participation in an event , this must first be approved by the President. If he finds it necessary, the question will be referred for discussion by the board.
- In order to get acquainted with our club, non-members are allowed to participate once as a guest, free of charges. However, if they want to join another meeting they will have to pay €5 to the club.
- Members who are participating with another car, other than a Cadillac or a LaSalle, will not be charged. However, there has to be a good reason and it should not happen frequently.
- Members of other Cadillac La Salle Club affiliates, do not have to pay extra, upon presentation of their Club membership card.
- Once a year, always the last Sunday of November, there is a meeting for all the Club members.
- A member meeting may also be organised, when over 50% of the board members approve it.
- When 20% of Club members request that a Club event be organized, this will be approved by the Board, also.
- In case other oldimers (non-Cadillacs) join a tour, they will drive behind our club members, followed by normal daily cars.
